Role Overview
As our new Customer Success Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our web agency customers, guiding them from onboarding through to renewal. You'll manage a large number of accounts ensuring each client gets maximum value from our product.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who is in the earlier stages of their career and eager to grow further in SaaS and the digital agency space.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Onboard & Train new customers: Lead engaging onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs to set customers up for success
- Drive Adoption: Monitor usage, identify roadblocks, and proactively help customers achieve their goals
- Reduce Churn: Build strong relationships through regular check-ins, ensuring customers stay engaged and satisfied
- Expand Accounts: Discover and execute on opportunities to grow your account's business with Atarim
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Support and Product teams to surface bugs, suggest improvements, and relay customer feedback
- Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and success
- Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally at a SaaS company
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously and with precision
- Comfortable using tools such as Slack, G Suite, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
- Agile and proactive with an emphasis on helping customers win
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- UK-based preferred, or committed to working UK / European hours
- Familiarity with Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, or Confluence
- Experience in the web agency or web hosting industry
- Understanding of the web development cycle, along with related tools and solutions
- Experience using AI to increase work productivity
- Fluency in a second language.
