Life on the teamAre you an experienced Customer Success professional with a background in Cisco and/or the software industry, looking to take the next step in your career?As a Customer Success Specialist, youll put customers firstdriving onboarding, deployment, adoption and value realisation of Cisco software. Youll help customers maximise the return on their technology investments, reduce risk across their estate, and build long term, successful partnerships that support renewals and growth.Youll work closely with customers, Cisco, and internal Computacenter teams to shape adoption strategies, identify use cases, act as a trusted advisor and be the voice of the customer throughout the software lifecycle.What youll doDrive onboarding, deployment, adoption, and consumption of Cisco software across partner customersTrack and report deployment progress, adoption metrics, and customer health to key stakeholdersIdentify customer use cases and recommend appropriate implementation and lifecycle servicesBuild and execute adoption plans aligned to customer goals and business outcomesProactively manage renewal risk and support successful renewals and footprint growthDevelop trusted executive and technical relationships across customer organisationsOwn Customer Success documentation, methodology, and value reportingCollaborate across Cisco and Computacenter teams (Sales, Renewals, CX, Delivery) to deliver outcomesManage commercial and financial aspects, including revenue, margin, and strategic investment decisionsSupport complex services and solution sales where requiredAct in line with Computacenter information security policiesWhat youll needExcellent background and experience in Customer Success, software, Cisco, sales or delivery environmentsStrong understanding of software lifecycle and customer success methodologiesExperience using Customer Success tooling (Totango or similar preferred)Knowledge of Cisco technologies, licensing, and software portfolios (preferred)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levelsStrong analytical, commercial, and financial awarenessNegotiation, influencing, and problem solving capabilityAbility to work effectively in complex, virtual, cross functional teamsJBRP1_UKTJ
