Customer Success Administrator

Hybrid – 2 days per week in Leamington Spa

£25,000 + progression opportunity

12-month Fixed-Term Contract (potential to become permanent)


We’re hiring for a Customer Success Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team within a purpose-led software business.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build experience in customer success, administration, and operations.


The Role


You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with day-to-day enquiries while keeping internal systems and processes running smoothly.


Typical responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders and supporting licence/renewal administration
  • Updating customer records in the CRM system
  • Supporting the wider Customer Success team with admin tasks
  • Escalating more complex queries where needed


About You

  • Friendly, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicating with customers
  • Comfortable handling admin tasks and following processes
  • Keen to learn and develop within a customer-focused role


Previous experience in customer service or admin is helpful, but not essential.
