As a Customer Service Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract you will be joining our vibrant, supportive, customer service team. Youll play a key role in supporting our customers and Financial Advisers from initial contact through to the end of their contract terms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, solving problems, working collaboratively, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. What youll be doing: Handling a high volume of inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and care Responding to customer correspondence via email and letter Liaising with customers, Financial Advisers, and third parties to process instructions and resolve queries Working closely with your team to meet service standards and deliver a seamless customer experience.
