This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are: - 10am to 6pm ( first three weeks 8am - 4pm )

Your Time at Work As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will be to provide and promote a professional, customer-focused service to ensure the needs of their customers are being satisfied and a first-class service is being delivered and promoted. Key responsibilities: Handle Customer Inquiries Process Orders and Documentation Maintain Customer Records

Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally. You will be required to have: Communication Skills Organizational Skills Problem-Solving

Experience in a similar role is required.
