Location: KetteringSalary: £30,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Workshop Operations Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day workshop operations while acting as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, and the wider service team.You will be responsible for coordinating workshop activities, managing service jobs from enquiry through to completion, and supporting customers with technical queries. As you develop within the role, you will gain increased responsibility in diagnosing issues, handling breakdown calls, and ensuring engineers are fully prepared for each job.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily workshop operations, including scheduling, allocation, and prioritisation of jobsAct as a main point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a professional and timely serviceManage service and repair jobs from initial booking through to completionLiaise with workshop engineers to ensure efficient workflow and resource planningProvide technical support to customers, including assisting with basic fault diagnosisMaintain accurate records using internal systems and databasesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer serviceSupport a positive and collaborative team environmentRequirementsPrevious experience in a customer service, service coordination, or technical support roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksConfident communicator with good interpersonal skillsIT literate, with experience using systems and databasesProactive and solutions-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable:Technical knowledge within machinery, engineering, or similar environmentsWhats on OfferFull-time, permanent opportunitySupportive and team-focused working environmentOpportunities for development and progressionInvolvement in a role that directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational successIf you are interested, please apply with your CV or contact us for more information.JBRP1_UKTJ
