Responsibilities Dealing with clients via telephone and email Answering queries and dealing with complaints Monitoring and tracking freight movements in real-time Keeping clients informed at every stage of the delivery process Supporting the Transport Manager with job bookings and admin tasks Problem-solving on the go to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries Criteria At least 1 year of experience in Transport / Logistics AND 1 year in a Customer Service Role Fully PC Literate Strong IT skills and confident using systems and trackers Excellent communication - clear, concise and always professional Being able to remain calm under pressure and solutions-focused Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude Benefits You'll receive on-the-job training in freight forwarding Be part of a friendly and experienced team who will support your growth Real career progression potential in a thriving industry Competitive salary £24-27k depending on your background Ready to get started?
