The Role As a Customer Services Technician, youll be the face of the company, carrying out repairs and remedial works in occupied new-build homes . Youll be responsible for: Diagnosing and completing a variety of aftercare repairs (primarily joinery)
Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents
Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
Representing the company with empathy, professionalism, and pride
