Location: Stockport Pay Rate: £35,000 - £38,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am5.30pm

About the Role:

Youll be leading a dedicated team of Customer Service colleagues, taking full responsibility for team performance, coaching and development, and day-to-day operations. Youll be expected to drive efficiency and continuous improvement while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
