With significant investment into research and development, they have continued to grow year on year and build upon their success!Role OverviewThe Customer Service Team Leader will be based at the company's main sales office in Lincoln, operating within a busy and fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting and developing the Customer Service team, ensuring consistently high standards of service are delivered across both B2B and B2C customers.What's In It For You 20 days holiday plus bank holidaysSMART pension schemeOpportunity to join a growing, well-established businessSupportive and results-driven team environmentCompanywide profit share scheme RequirementsEssential Customer service experience within B2C and/or B2B environmentsExperience leading or supporting a teamStrong communication skills, including complaint handlingAbility to prioritise workload and take ownership of customer issuesStrong administrative skills and confidence in handling callsAccurate data entry skills (e.g. order processing)Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholdersProactive, flexible, and able to multitaskProfessional, calm, and friendly approach when dealing with customers and colleagues Desirable Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Orderwise)Experience working in a fast-paced sales or service environment The Role Deputise for the Customer Services Manager when requiredSupport with reporting and team performance trackingHandle escalated customer queries and complaintsAct as a key contact for customer service within key accountsMaintain and manage shared sales inboxesSupport and motivate the team to deliver high service standardsManage customer collections, returns, and complaintsWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatchHandle customer queries, including returns, delivery updates, and pricing enquiriesTake and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and sales team inputProcess orders accurately on the ERP system and send order confirmationsKeep customers informed of any changes or issues with ordersLiaise with couriers and suppliers to resolve delivery or supply issues What's next?
