We are now seeking a Customer Support Manager to build a support system that reflects the same elegance our clients expect from our product.

Your Mission

This is not a typical support role.

You are not here to answer tickets.

You are here to build trust, loyalty, and excellence — across every interaction.

As the primary contact for client communications, you will create seamless, empathetic support experiences that elevate every user’s journey, whether they’re a CEO or a first-time designer.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all support channels: email, chat, calls, helpdesk

• Deliver timely, emotionally intelligent responses across all client types

• Troubleshoot product or tech issues and liaise with dev & product teams

• Maintain and expand our Help Center, templates, and internal support assets

• Track key performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT, NPS) and iterate

• Conduct onboarding sessions and basic product trainings

• Flag patterns in client feedback and contribute to product refinement

• Partner with sales and marketing to ensure smooth client transitions

• Be a calm, confident voice — in moments that matter most

What You Bring

• 2+ years in Customer Support or Account Management (B2B SaaS or tech startup ideal)

• Fluent English and Russian (Ukrainian or Italian are a strong advantage)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Deep emotional intelligence — you know how to listen, respond, and reassure

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and systems thinking

• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar platforms

• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Bonus If You Have

• Experience supporting designers, architects, or creative professionals

• Appreciation for beautiful tools and interfaces

• Familiarity with AI tools, Figma, Canva, or Midjourney

• Ability to create knowledge bases, automations, and user journeys
