Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen working as a Customer Service Supervisor a company who are experiencing a period of growth. This role is office based and would suit someone who is currently in a Customer Service role looking for the move into management or someone in a supervisory role in a different environment such as retail but wanting to step into an office role!\n\nJOB TITLE: Customer Service Supervisor (Office Based)\n\nLOCATION: Exeter\n\nHOURS: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am-4.30pm, on Fridays an early finish of 3.30pm (36.5 hrs)\n\nSALARY: £28,000 - £30,000\n\nBENEFITS: 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing each year, free parking, profitability and sales bonus\n\nTHE COMPANY: A well-established multi-site company with a presence specialising in the design and manufacture of corporate clothing.\n\nTHE ROLE: We are currently recruiting for the Exeter site of this company. You will be joining a team who all support each other and laugh every day.
This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to be integral part of the customer service team and fully support and coach a small team of 4 dedicated Customer Service Administrators. You will provide an office based link between customer and company in order to satisfy queries, record & resolve problems and ensure a high standard of customer care in accordance with our customer commitment.\n\nDaily duties will include:\n\n· To oversee a team of four Customer Service Administrators\n\n· Coach and mentor the team and identify any training needs\n\n· To process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures\n\n· To expand business/obtain appointments form customer base\n\n· To action messages received\n\n· To forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary\n\n· Assist with answering customer calls\n\n· Organise the work schedule for the customer service team including lunch cover and holiday requests\n\n· Respond to email enquires and general administrative tasks as per the needs of the team\n\nThe successful candidate:\n\nExcellent communication skills and telephone manner\nStrong customer service experience\nComputer skills and a willingness to learn\nA can do attitude where no job is too big or small\nA positive disposition and someone who enjoys a fun dynamic environment\nIdeally some supervisory experience but not essential \n\nIf you are interested in finding out more please apply online, email or contact the office on (phone number removed).\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
