As part of the Pennon Group, a FTSE 250 water utility company headquartered in Exeter, we support non-household customers of Bournemouth Water and South West Water.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Scheduler to join our professional and experienced team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The RoleAs a Customer Service Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of our water hygiene operations. You will support business growth, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure all scheduling and administrative processes run smoothly.You will be responsible for managing customer contracts, scheduling field-based technicians, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate site visits for field techniciansManage and update customer contracts and service schedulesLiaise with clients to arrange appointments and resolve queriesPlan works to meet contractual KPIs and compliance requirementsMaintain and update customer databases and recordsAnalyse legionella control data and support remedial actionsSupport account managers in delivering contract performanceProcess sales orders, monitor completion, and enable timely invoicingEnsure all customer documentation is accurately recorded and filedAssist with purchasing processes and financial administration when requiredIdentify opportunities for customer growth and support new business enquiriesWork collaboratively across teams to ensure service excellenceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with at least 2 years' admin experience and strong Excel skills, as spreadsheets are used daily.You'll also need confidence on the phone, as the role involves contacting customers by phone and email to arrange appointments.You'll be an excellent communicator and pride yourself on your customer service skillsYou'll have strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesYou'll have a proactive, \"can-do\" attitudeGood IT skills and experience working with databases/systemsAbility to follow processes and company policiesExperience working in a commercial or administrative team (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageFull training, including recognised industry qualificationsCareer development and progression opportunitiesA supportive and professional team environmentWhy Join Aquacare?This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing company where your contribution directly impacts business success and customer satisfaction.
