We're looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is all about helping our existing customers have a great experience with us, from answering day-to-day queries to onboarding new clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing
\n
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers once they've joined us, handling a wide range of administrative and support tasks, including:
\n
\n Responding to customer queries by phone and email, from billing questions to contract clarifications and general account support \n
Processing customer orders, returns and replacement equipment \n
Onboarding new customers, managing their orders, keeping them informed, and ensuring their installation or setup process goes smoothly \n
Handling and resolving customer complaints with care and professionalism \n
Liaising with internal teams, such as technical support or operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience \n
\n
What we're looking for
\n
\n Someone with previous experience in customer service, operations or administration \n
Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly and confident on the phone and in writing \n
Highly organised with good attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively \n
Comfortable using systems to process orders, track returns and maintain accurate customer records \n
A team player who is proactive, dependable and willing to get involved wherever needed \n
