Insurance or financial services experience is ideal but if you have some supervisory experience within hospitality or retail, that could also work. £3k bonus What’s in it for you? - Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Exposure to both customer service and claims processes - The chance to contribute to operational improvements and business performance - Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Must have’s - Experience in a customer service and/or claims handling role - Excellent communication skills across multiple channels - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks - High level of attention to detail - Ability to resolve queries professionally and efficiently - Confidence handling complaints and challenging customer interactions - Experience using CRM systems Nice to have’s - Experience using Salesforce, Instanda or Xero So, what will you be doing? - Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers - Resolve queries accurately and efficiently via phone, email, WhatsApp and post - Manage the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) stage of claims - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress claims - Ensure all customer documentation is issued accurately and records are kept up to date - Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations - Handle complaints professionally and escalate where regulatory requirements apply - Stay informed on product updates, market developments and scheme changes - Support the team with operational improvements and process enhancements - Review performance objectives regularly with your manager Helpful extras - Maintain compliance with all regulatory, data protection and health and safety requirements - Identify and manage risk within your role, ensuring appropriate controls are in place - Promote a positive representation of the organisation at all times - Complete mandatory training and continuing professional development Interested?
