Are you a skilled Customer Service Manager with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our growing secure logistics business.

The Role:


The purpose of this role is to lead the Shipping and Customer Service Teams to deliver exceptional service across all operations. Responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service to customers, this role will drive operational excellence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting the delivery of a best-in-class end to end service
