What will you be doing?
* Leading and scaling our customer service function
* Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience
* Handling escalations and improving service processes
* Working cross-functionally with fulfilment, marketing, and product teams
* Monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement
Must Have’s
* Proven leadership in customer service, ideally in eCommerce
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, or similar
* A passion for delivering standout service
Helpful Extras
* Background in fashion, lifestyle, or retail
* Analytical mindset with a strong grip on performance metrics and service data
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scale-up environment
