Customer Service Team Leader

Pertemps are working with an established manufacturing business located in Alton who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing and developing business.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Team Leader:

Lead the order processing team

Assign and balance daily workload

Identify and resolve issues as they arise

Work with customers and international sales teams to achieve timely resolutions

Review and manage customer-facing documentation such as Terms & Conditions of Purchase, NDAs, and supplier onboarding forms

Keep the sales teams updated on the progress of orders

Maintain accurate information in the CRM and ERP systems

Oversee UK demo stock

Host customers at UK sites when required

Requirements:

Experience working in customer services,

Confidence using CRM platforms and ERP order-entry systems

Proven experience in leading a team

Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team

Excellent IT skills

The Customer Service Team Leader role:

Based in Alton

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm

£33,000 - £37,000 depending on experience

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
