We’re working with a fast-growing, dynamic business who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment and enjoys being at the heart of a growing business.
Onsite role Full-time, permanent Clear progression into Key Account Management
The role: You’ll be the go-to person for customers - managing enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and accurately. This is a varied, all-in position where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Preparing quotes and following up to maximise conversions
* Processing orders and liaising closely with the warehouse team
* Managing customer records via CRM and Sage
* Building strong relationships with key accounts
* Resolving issues quickly and keeping customers updated
You’ll also support across the wider business when needed - whether that’s helping the sales team, office function, or even getting stuck in operationally to ensure everything runs smoothly.
