Customer Service Co-ordinator Wythenshawe £29,000doe

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributer who are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team during an exciting period of growth. Working in a well-established team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming Customer contact.

Responsibilities

* Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers, via phone

* Fact-finding about customer needs, providing quotes and following up enquires

* Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries

* Tracking customer orders, liaising with couriers and seeing through to successful delivery

* Utilising a CRM system to maintain customer details and process orders

* Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits

* Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members
