Customer Service Coordinator\n\nMoulton Park, Northampton, NN3\n\nPermanent\n\nMonday to Friday, 8am-5pm\n\n£28-30,000 (plus company bonus)\n\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for you to join a company that is forward thinking and focused on its people, this role can progress to become an Account Manager.\n\nAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be managing your own clients within a region of the UK, supporting an external account manager.\n\nDuties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:\n\nThe front line of contact for customers - answering, monitoring and responding to incoming calls, e-mails, live chats and responding to enquiries from customers.\nComplete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively including processing sales orders.\nProvide accurate quotes and resolve any queries efficiently.\nTo provide administrative support to the External Account manager and team on a general basis.\nWebsite - processing of orders via website and encouraging people to use web order facilities.\nRaise returns and collections. \n\nSkills and experience required for the Customer Service Coordinator:\n\nPrevious experience of Customer Service, Coordination and Administration.\nGood organisational skills.\nExcellent customer care skills.\nHigh level of concentration and excellent attention to detail.\nConfidence and experience to develop the role and make it your own.\nProficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.Please note, due to the high volumes of applications we receive daily, should you not be contacted within 72 hours, your application is unsuccessful.
