Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Associate based in Oxford. The responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring delightful customer experiences, and handling customer communications via phone, email, and other platforms. The role also involves addressing issues effectively, providing accurate information, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and customer relationship management tools
  • Friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
