We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our professional catering team.
This role offers stable working environment, varied service and work-life balance for the right candidate.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You'll get given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Working pattern:
- Working 5 out 7, including weekends and events when required
- Mixed shift early/late

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Creating attractive food and counter displays
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Housekeeping services including cleaning rooms, changing beds and cleaning public area
• Serving in the bar/dining room and waiting tables.
• Assisting the kitchen in washing up area if required

Our ideal Customer Service Assistant will:
