Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels. This role offers an opportunity to utilise strong communication skills, assist customers effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. Duties

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems.

* Assist customers with their needs, providing information about products and services.

* Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.

* Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues or areas for improvement.

* Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish, or other relevant languages.
