About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Customer Service Executive to join a leading health and wellbeing company. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, promoting products and services, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, aiming to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Customer Service and Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service across all interactions.
- Engage in proactive outbound calls to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
- Handle inbound enquiries efficiently, offering solutions and promoting services.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and communication on every call.
- Manage difficult conversations following company procedures, recording and escalating feedback when necessary.
- Work towards achieving sales KPIs, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support and contribute to a positive team environment while also working independently.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Confidence in handling objections and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with CRM/CMS systems and general IT literacy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Energetic, empathetic, ambitious, and motivated to succeed.
