Customer Service and Sales Administrator

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Customer Services & Sales Administrator to join a fast‑paced engineering and manufacturing business in Redditch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main contact for customer enquiries, providing updates on orders, deliveries, stock and quotations. * Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on pricing and support the full sales process. * Maintain customer data and documentation within internal systems. * Liaise closely with internal teams, including external sales and technical departments. * Assist with sales meetings, generate visit information and support customer visits and tours.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in manufacturing is desirable. The abilty to read technical drawings is also a must for this role.

Working Hours:
8.00-4.30 Monday to Friday and 2pm finish on a Friday!
