We’re hiring: Customer Services & Internal Sales Manager

Coram Group UK is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Customer Services & Internal Sales Manager to lead, develop and evolve our customer services function.

This is a senior role for a proven people leader who can deliver excellent customer service performance while building a proactive outbound/internal sales capability to support our trade customers and external field sales teams.

What we’re looking for

• A proven leader of a high-performing customer service or contact centre team
• Strong experience coaching, developing and motivating teams
• A track record of delivering KPIs while driving change
• Commercial awareness and confidence supporting sales activity
• Experience in B2B, trade, manufacturing or construction-related sectors is highly desirable
