This role is an
8
month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover.
Working as a Customer Service Agent you will ensure all customer orders are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time.
What youll do: Respond and take ownership of our customers orders anddeliver inspirational customer service. Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Building Performance. Undertake additional customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager. Be the key contact for customers and external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end.
What youll bring: Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing. Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
