We are looking fora customer service advisorto join our Whitby team, to carry out a range of administrative tasks and be the first point of contact for Beyond Housing customers, providing an excellent and efficient customer service.

You'll need to be resilient, professional, and friendly, with the confidence to manage a variety ofadministrative tasks, communication channels, telephone calls, and face-to-face customer contact - sometimes in challenging situations.

The team handles a wide range of enquiries, including repairs, complaints, housing applications and tenancy management. It's a face-paced, target-driven job where being organised and retaining key information is essential to delivering timely, effective support toyour team and customers.

Internal candidates must discuss a secondment with their line manager before applying for this role.
