Recruiting for a Hybrid or Remote customerservice advisors offices based in Northamptonshire. Workingfulltimehours Monday to Friday, either shifts between 8am-6pm or working 11:30-8pm, depending on what works best for you, both are a possibility, total of 37.5 hours a week, offering astarting salary of £24,570 per annum. Depending on location this role can be fully Remote.

Weare looking for experienced customer service advisors to work on a contract basis, with a high possibility of turning permanent. Preferably you will demonstrate telephone experience either inbound or outbound.
This role is a Hybrid or Remote role depending on your location, where you will be speaking with customers andclientsover the phone, booking appointments, inputting informationand confirmingdata.
This role is all customer service, there is no salesinvolved.
Experience/Skills needed for this position:
You will demonstrate experience of working with customers, ideally over the phone, however we welcome a variety of service backgrounds
Experienced of working to target previously
Able to work on own initiative
Confident with the use of computers
