A well-established and forward-thinking organisation within the renewable energy and environmental services sector is seeking to recruit a: Customer Service Administrator About the Company This organisation specialises in the production of renewable fuels from organic waste. Operating across multiple sites in Northern Ireland, they provide essential collection and disposal services to the agricultural sector, alongside the handling of food and butchery waste. The company plays a key role in supporting sustainability and the local farming community. Role Responsibilities Handling a high volume of incoming telephone calls from customers Assisting customers on-site when required Accurately inputting data into internal systems Completing all relevant documentation in line with company procedures Carrying out general administrative duties within a busy office environment Requirements Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role (highly desirable) Strong administrative background Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is advantageous Strong numerical accuracy and methodical approach to work High level of attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Capable of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Flexible approach to working hours when required Working Hours Monday Friday: 8:00am 4:30pm Saturday: 8:00am 12:00 noon (on a rota basis) Benefits Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience) Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double time on Saturday afternoons Mileage reimbursement where travel between sites is required 30 days annual leave (including statutory days, pro rata) Pension scheme Life insurance (subject to successful completion of probation) Private healthcare (following probation) Opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation Benefits: Competitive hourly rate 30 days annual leave Pension scheme Life insurance Private healthcare
