About the Role As a Customer Moves Advisor in our Customer Home Moves Team , youll help existing customers who are relocating to transfer their home security system smoothly to their new property. Youll provide excellent service, build strong customer relationships, and spot opportunities to grow our network through referrals. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and enjoys helping people through change. What Youll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers moving home, guiding them through their transfer process.
