Customer Service Advisor

Location: Harlow - Office Based Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE

The Opportunity We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, successful business based in Harlow who are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their busy and friendly office team.

This is not a quiet call-centre role they're looking for outgoing, switched-on, vibrant individuals who enjoy working at pace and being part of a lively, collaborative office. You'll need confidence, ambition, energy and the ability to think on your feet.

You'll be working from modern, lovely state of the art offices with free parking , supporting customers via phone and email and playing a key part in maintaining a high standard of customer experience as the business continues to grow.

The Role As Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries professionally and efficiently. You'll need to be confident speaking to people, able to write clear and well-structured emails, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a very fast-moving environment.
