My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their beautifully designed PBSA scheme in London.

In this front-facing role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the community, greeting guests, assisting residents, and ensuring current students feel supported every step of the way.

You’ll be at the heart of the resident experience, handling day-to-day enquiries and helping to build a warm, inclusive environment where students feel truly at home.
