You will receive all the tools you need to be able to do this role in your company lead Training and time in Grad Bay. At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals. Supporting the bank s way of working to help as many customers as possible Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored To join us in this role, you ll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers. You ll enjoy applying your excellent organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures and customer needs. Emotional Intelligence - You possess the ability to be emotionally intelligent meaning you are able to empathise, be kind and be good with others.
