Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Personal Customer Advisor for a company based in Farnham, GU9area.This is a permanent position.Role Overview:As part of the Contact Centre Team, the Personal Customer Advisor is responsible for speaking to medical professionals, GP surgeries and patients that require appliances or medication.The position is fully office based. Working in a branch within a very small team. Full training provided in Liverpool (all expenses covered).Working Hours:9am-5:30pmWill be working 1 Saturday out of 4 , but typically Monday to Friday working hoursSalary:£12.41 per hourQualifications:Essential:Educated to GSCE levelExperience and Skills:Essential:Attention to detailGreat customer service Being able to work at fast paceExcellent Microsoft Office skillsProactive and self-sufficientHigh level of discretion with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentialityDesirable:Previous experience working in a contact centre environmentExperience working with patient records and informationDuties and Responsibilities:Triage inbound telephone calls to the contact centre, handling basic queriesDirect callers to the correct team or service, take messages where appropriateRaise advisor call backsCommunicate professionally with surgeries via phone and/or email to chase the receipt of patient prescriptions, actioning call backs when scheduledRegister new patient referrals on our internal databaseBuild knowledge of the patient database system, being able to confidently, update key patient information and locate historical data and previous actions to support objection handlingIdentify correct product code and quantity of prescription outstandingRedeem paper and electronic prescriptionsCheck and scan parcels before deliveryWorking independently with management directionsPromote, share and live the client's vision, objectives and values.Any other duties which contribute to the success of the role and the business.Gap personnel group are committed to the selection, recruitment, and development of the best people, basing judgment solely on suitability for the job.JBRP1_UKTJ
