For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering: Up to £14.00 per hour DOE Fully flexible with hours, either 9AM-3PM or 10AM-5PM, 4 or 5 day working week optional Temp-perm Free on site parking Free parking Profit share bonus - once full time Working in a Modern & Very clean environment Friendly small team environment The Role -Customer Service Administrator: Monitor and process emails, including quotes, orders, and queries. Take payments via card processing software or similar for applicable orders. Liaise with accounts regarding bacs payments. Deal with telephone calls and enquiries from new and existing customers Print picklists for the warehouse to pick. Liaise with haulier(s), book direct load vehicles and daily dispatch vehicles. Chase ETA's, report and follow up on delayed deliveries, damages, and claims. Enter dispatches on the haulier portal and print labels, attach labels to the matching pallets. Enter Parcelforce deliveries on to the portal and print labels for attaching to the parcels. Print end of day man...
