The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Biogen Commercial Team, providing essential administrative and customer service support. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Administrative & Customer Support

Preparing and updating the daily scheduling for all incoming and outgoing waste. Answering incoming calls and handling first-line customer enquiries. Logging and passing key information to the appropriate member of the commercial team.

Reporting & Documentation
