backgrounds in recruitment, call centres, or similar environments are ideal. Motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for prospecting and converting leads into loyal customers . Confident making outbound calls and using email to engage decision-makers, secure appointments, and close opportunities . Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and tailored outreach. Convert enquiries into customers , ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process. Deliver a first-class customer experience from first contact through to account handover or ongoing support . Work towards clear monthly sales targets with a defined plan and dedicated manager support. Generate and undertake qualified meetings. Contribute insights and feedback to help refine our sales strategy and continuously improve. About you
