You will be the first point of contact for the company's customers, delivering a professional and friendly experience at every stage of the journey. Processing orders from online sites such as Ebay, Amazon and the company website as well as telephone communications. You will play a key role in generating revenue by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting additional goods to customers to maximise on orders.
