We are looking for a Customer Relations Adviser to deliver a first-class experience in our team. In this role you will be dealing with all things customer. You join our dynamic Customer Relations team and will be helping business customers with their billing queries and taking ownership of the customer journey.
What you'll do We are all about customer experience, so you will engage with customers via telephone, email, and letter, always delivering memorable customer service. As you live our values with our customers, we will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a wider retail and commercial organisation which will present you with lots of opportunities to grow and excel in your career.

Our Customer Relations Adviser role is Monday to Friday and there is an option to work from home one day a week following your probation.
