Support and manage contract deliverables for key Civil and Military Rest of World (RoW) region Contracted Services customer base.

Roles and Responsibilities Co-ordinate and lead Customer Accounts by performing PMRs, action trackers, meeting minutes and offering general daily support Generate and manage contract performance of each Customer Account Maintain responsibility of Dowty S&OP for the customer accounts to ensure forecast accuracy and deliverables are met Manage the Financial metrics, supporting QMI process, budgets and subsequent baseline targets to be achieved Working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver for our customers and meet business objectives Responsible for ensuring the customers meet the contracted terms by managing the account receivable process for the specific customer accounts Support MOR objectives and deliverables for the business Engage in Problem Solving activities and business Kaizens to improve Dowty performance and processes, through the use of FLIGHTDECK Support and in some cases lead sales activities with customers and maintain internal compliance to fulfil sales targets Collaborative and proactive approach to internal and external stakeholder queries to provide customer satisfa...
