The Role
You will take a visible leadership position across terminal operations, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver key KPIs and service levels. Acting as a central point of contact, you will resolve operational issues, promote continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving performance across KPIs including service delivery, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction
Ensuring high standards of safety, security, and compliance
Managing and resolving operational issues using structured problem-solving approaches
Building strong relationships with airport stakeholders and retail partners
Supporting business projects, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
Leading, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance and engagement
