The Role You will take a visible leadership position across terminal operations, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver key KPIs and service levels. Acting as a central point of contact, you will resolve operational issues, promote continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities include: Driving performance across KPIs including service delivery, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction Ensuring high standards of safety, security, and compliance Managing and resolving operational issues using structured problem-solving approaches Building strong relationships with airport stakeholders and retail partners Supporting business projects, innovation, and sustainability initiatives Leading, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance and engagement About You We are looking for a confident and proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will have: Proven management experience (ideally within retail or food & beverage operations)
