We're looking for a proactive Customer Support & Systems Specialist to join our growing team! In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer support and system-related queries. You’ll manage helpdesk tickets, support our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce/WordPress), and help maintain and improve systems like HubSpot , Xero , and Asana . You’ll also play a key role in our tasting scheme platform—supporting users through the process and working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
