Customer Development Team Leader (fulltime) - Salary – £81,874 - £95,521 (dependent on experience) - Hybrid working

As we grow our commercial reach, we’re building a customer-focused sales function designed to create measurable impact across the UK economy.

To support this, we’ve established a new Customer Development Team focused on key market sectors. We’re now looking for an experienced, commercially minded Customer Development Team Lead to shape, grow, and guide this team through a pivotal stage of transformation.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly formed team that sits at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for defining and embedding sector-led sales approaches, supporting customer success, and working across OS to translate insight into commercial opportunity.

In this role, you will

This role reports to the Director of Sales and plays a critical part in delivering OS’s sector and partner-led sales strategy.

Location

We embrace a hybrid working model at OS, and anticipate that the role will require at least 3-4 days a week face-to face contact, typically 1-2 days per week at our Southampton HQ and the rest with clients and the team..

Security
