Senior Customer Development Manager Hybrid Customer Development Manager This position reports into a Senior Customer Development Manager and is based at our Reading office (hybrid working). Reporting into the Senior Customer Development Manager, you will have direct P+L ownership for Alliance Healthcare, across all categories. You will have 1 direct report, a Customer Development Executive. Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP) Full forecasting and spend management for your business area, making accurate forecasts to your supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your key contacts, and representing the customer requirements and business strategy to the Kenvue business Building and leading the total Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for Kenvue & Alliance for long term, sustainable growth Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills Experience in FMCG sphere and prior customer facing roles are crucial Adapt to evolving business conditions and see them as an opportunity to take calculated risks that enhance business outcomes Line Management experience is desired, but not essential Competitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Volunteer Time, option to buy and sell holiday Learning & Development Opportunities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, age, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
