DEPARTMENT MISSION
The Customer Care position is an integral part of the Supply Chain Department, whose mission is to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through the optimal coordination of logistics resources, production planning, and product procurement. The role plays a key part in ensuring professional, responsive customer service while maintaining strict control over costs and inventory across the entire supply chain. By acting as a central interface between customers and internal operations, this position directly supports efficiency, reliability, and service excellence throughout the end-to-end chain.
RESPONSABILITIES
You supervise and optimize the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery providing support on invoicing and payment matters solely in the event of discrepancies or issues
You are proactive in providing accurate and relevant information to customers, particularly regarding products, and responsive in handling complaints to resolve issues quickly
You master the pricing structure and its implications to respond effectively to customer requests and ensure that prices are always aligned with commercial negotiations
You respond promptly and accurately to requests from the sales team and customers
You are the primary point of contact for internal (Sales) and external customers for all administrative and Supply Chain-related matters
You ensure that customer information is kept up to date in SAP to guarantee reliable data management
You coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirements
You provide cover for colleagues or the Manager during their absence
You adopt a continuous improvement approach and generate added value for customers and for Sabert.

You are empathetic, a good listener, able to resolve conflicts and have good communication skills
You have a strong team spirit, positive and constructive mindset
You have a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
