What you’ll be doing as Customer Care Coordinator:
You will be the first point of contact, ensuring all enquiries, issues, and after-sales support requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Organising of customer appointments
Coordinate and schedule service visits, installations, and remedial works
Liaise with internal departments including production, logistics, and installation teams
Track and resolve issues from initial contact through to completion
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM software
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
Provide updates on order progress, delays, or service appointments
Processing of orders and general administration duties
What we’re looking for in a Customer Care Coordinator:

Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using IT systems and customer management software
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working hours
Monday-Friday: 08:00-16:30.
