Customer Account Manager/Sales Executive Leicester, LE4 £26,500 - £30,000 per Annum Plus Uncapped Bonus Earning Potential
We are currently looking for someone to join our Leicester-based team to support in supporting our existing clients as well bringing on new clients and accounts.
The role is a varied and fast-paced role that will suit someone with excellent customer service and sales skills.
You will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients and managing their accounts with regards to supply to temporary and/or permanent staffing solutions.
This role will involve cold calling local  business, face-to-face meetings and preparing and sending email campaigns.
Due to the nature of the role you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle and be willing to work outside standard office hours – for example this could be early morning staff check-ins or need to attend last minute meetings or attending sites to deal with issues.
While being a demanding role it is fun and exciting and can  lead to high earning potential for someone driven to succeed.
The Role:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities using a variety of sales methods – utilizing phone, email, and social media platforms. Secure contracts and agreements to supply staff Attract, retain, and engage top talent within the industrial and commercial sectors. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike Ensure strict compliance with recruitment legislati9on and regulations, while upholding the highest standards or ethics and professionalism. Maintaining and growing existing client relationships by providing an exceptional service and support to foster long-term partnerships About you:
Proven experience in industrial Recruitment and/or B2B sales Sales-orientated and results-driven with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations Creative and able to “think outside the box” to achieve results. Excellent relati9onship-building skills, with the ability to maintain strong connections with internal and stakeholders Motivation and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward objectives and goals MUST be a driver with own vehicle.
