The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Account Manager to support their hospitality clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands how hospitality businesses operate in practice. You will appreciate the pressures faced by General Managers, Area Managers and Operations Directors, particularly around compliance, supplier performance and staffing cost control. If you naturally think in terms of efficiency, accountability and commercial outcomes, you will fit right in. This is a commercially focused client success position, requiring strong relationship management, operational awareness and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
